How You Will Make an Impact

  • Support EPM operations, including system administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of financial planning and reporting systems.
  • Oversee data migration, validation, and integrity across multiple financial platforms to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain metadata, business rules, and workflows within the OneStream environment.
  • Identify and deliver process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver high-quality system enhancements and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance controls and data governance standards.
  • Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training as part of change management initiatives.

Are You an Experienced Financial Systems Developer Ready to Make an Impact?

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required; Master’s or CPA preferred.
  • Experience : 5+ years of experience supporting or developing in OneStream or similar EPM tools (HFM, ePBCS / PBCS, EPMWare).
  • Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in SQL and VB.NET with advanced understanding of database structures and logic.
  • Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of accounting principles and corporate financial processes, including consolidation and forecasting.
  • Tools : Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; prior experience with Hyperion applications preferred.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Certifications : OneStream Certified Professional or CPA – preferred.
