Were hiring a Staff Data Scientist to help shape the future of our AI-powered technology marketplace for engineering talent. In this strategic role, you'll apply deep statistical knowledge, advanced modeling, and rigorous experimentation to build data-driven products that enhance talent matching, client engagement, and enterprise AI solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development of machine learning, statistical, and generative AI models focused on recommendation systems and predictive analytics
  • Drive research initiatives to improve model scalability, interpretability, and real-world impact
  • Build experimentation frameworks (A / B testing, causal inference, statistical validation) to guide product decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering to deploy and monitor models in production
  • Align data science efforts with product strategy and client needs
  • Stay ahead of AI and GenAI trends, recommending innovations and best practices
  • Share thought leadership through publications, conferences, and mentoring

    • Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in a STEM field with strong research experience
  • 10+ years in data science, with expertise in modeling, optimization, and statistical analysis
  • Proven success building and deploying ML and GenAI models, ideally in marketplace or recommendation systems
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, and cloud-based platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience translating complex findings into actionable insights
  • Bonus : Published research, patents, or conference presentations
