Data Center Technician

Onsite Daily : Dublin, OH

6-month+ Contract (W2)

$19.00 - 21.00 / hour

A leading technology company is seeking multiple Datacenter Technicians to join the team ensuring customers have access to critical systems and data by troubleshooting and creating solutions in a major datacenter. Minimum requirements :

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and / or repairing computer, networking, or similar technical hardware.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to solving problems
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Scheduling flexibility to accommodate day / night shifts.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Support the rapidly-growing company and customer infrastructure by maintaining reliability of server and network hardware.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users across a range of issues.
  • Respond to requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Log and monitor incidents to ensure a timely resolution.
  • Document issues, actions taken, and final resolutions.
