RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Heavy Back End (Java / SQL) who will be the tech lead of a DevOps team. As a Senior Developer, you will interact with Architecture and Management to translate product requirements to technology solutions. You will serve as mentor for junior engineers within the team. You will be responsible for design and implementation of technical solutions to achieve business goals for the product offering.

Responsibilities :

• Use your experience to help design and implement efficient technology solutions
• Adjust priority of items based on business value
• Be a resource multiplier by being able to provide technical mentorship to other engineers while maintaining your own work list
• Recognize technology trends in the cloud space and assist in adopting new solutions as offered by cloud service providers
• Formulate and drive the tactical and strategic technology direction of the HealthCare business for some of the firm's most strategic workplace clients
• Leveraging an in-depth understanding of the business to propose and deliver solutions to increase employer and employee satisfaction around their HealthCare experience
• Proposing and delivering strategic efficiency and scale technology solutions
• Maintaining an atmosphere of collaboration, openness and approachability every day

REQUIREMENTS :

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
