We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off : at least 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by state law where applicable.

Physical Requirements
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may require overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based trainings will be required throughout employment with Victra.
