Responsibilities Invasive cardiology department with 3 procedural labs and a 12-bed prep and recovery area Performs cath, electrophysiology (EP), and peripheral vascular procedures Advanced STEMI and cardiac arrest interventions, including Impella and ECMO Structural heart procedures are being developed Team includes 7 invasive cardiologists, electrophysiologists, RNs, and technologists Primary adult patient population Uses EPIC for charting; EPIC experience required Day shift, 4x10 hours, Monday through Friday, 07 : 00 to 17 : 30, with rotating weekday off On-call required as needed by the unit May provide care for COVID patients May be required to work 2 of 3 major holidays and must not request time off between Christmas and New Year's Client prefers a maximum of 7 days RTO per contract Interview will be conducted by manager after clinical review Pairs accepted but matched schedules cannot be guaranteed Dress code and scrub requirements will be provided upon assignment Facility is within a 50-mile local radius requirement; local candidates offered a lower pay rate Pre-assignment modules and compliance documentation required Requirements Minimum 2 years of cath lab or EP lab experience BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or ARC required Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required Experience with EPIC EMR required No license issues allowed for consideration Ability to work with advanced cardiac interventions and devices Modules must be completed pre-start (billable, 5-6 hours) Compliance with tobacco and fragrance free workplace Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-602932.
