Job Description

The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities include :

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve optimal performance.
