Intake & Compliance
Receive, review, interview and assist in vetting exchange visitor applications for sponsorship into J1X’s program designation in tandem with Program Specialist / Program Development Team.Logistically coordinate consular, pre-arrival and orientation of sponsored exchange interns and trainees.Create and maintain consulate reports, arrival reports, orientation reports, insurance records, CRM and SEVIS records.Assist with program changes and processes such as transfers, extensions, amendments, deviations, etc.Advisement & Engagement
Interact with various students and professionals in the exchange visitor program to provide guidance and support throughout their program.Engage with exchange visitors through various social media platforms by planning, designing and analysis of social media posts.Support digital communications, including content research, creation and analysis.Advise exchange visitors of their program requirements, visa regulations, assist with questions related to relocation and transition (such as housing, banking, taxes, etc.) and assist with insurance questions and claims for respective exchange visitors.What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be a U.S, citizen or permanent resident of the United States in order to be a Designated School Officer or Alternate Responsible Officer for the Department of Homeland Security's SEVIS system.Must have previous client relationship management, customer service, or program management experience.Knowledge of immigration regulations related to J visa categoriesPrior experience in marketing and / or content creationPrior international and / or educational experience strongly preferredPrior SEVIS experience preferredPhysical Requirements :
