Job Summary
As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate our hourly team members to deliver a warm welcoming experience and high quality concessions to our guests. You will be an experienced operations leader focused on people, quality standard and operational performance.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Ensure all stations are set up and ready for events
- Support the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures
- Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed
- Work with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
- Engage in processes for loss prevention and manage cash drops / collection
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and conduct progressive coaching
- Maintain inventory, complete safety inspections and manage product transfers
- Complete point of sale updates, regular maintenance checks and alcohol incident logs
- Manage scheduling, payroll verification and gratuity processing
- Communicate with subcontractors, culinary and purchasing teams to ensure accurate margin calculations and comped item tracking
- Support recruitment activities for hourly team members and NFPs
- Hold pre-shift meetings to set the tone for events and oversee service standards during events
- Manage product transfers, requisition sheets and the nightly Goods Out of Stock procedure
- Complete monthly beverage wastage reports, alcohol incident logs and the monthly department safety inspection
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and support other properties and departments as demanded by the business
Preferred Qualifications
