Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone and email, including order placement and tracking
Document customer interactions and maintain case management records
Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Must complete entire paid training class
Pass a background check
