Lead HES Aeroseal Lead Technician with (HES Lead Technician Preferred)

Summary : We are seeking a skilled Aeroseal Lead Technician to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Aeroseal duct sealing technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Candidates with Home Energy Solutions (HES) Lead Technician certification are highly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the top of the pay range.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform Aeroseal duct sealing services in residential and commercial properties.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain Aeroseal equipment.
  • Diagnose duct leakage issues and ensure systems meet efficiency standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about the process, benefits, and results.
  • Accurately document project details and results.
  • (If HES Lead Certified) Conduct energy assessments, manage crew members, and oversee HES projects.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as an Aeroseal or HVAC technician preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • HES Lead Technician certification a plus (higher pay consideration).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
