As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment. Your presence will be key in providing exceptional customer service while remaining visible throughout the property. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants, visitors, and staff, reflecting Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor for any suspicious or unusual behavior and report findings according to site procedures.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activities on the premises.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related incidents and daily activities.Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations as outlined in post orders.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish is required.Customer service experience is preferred.A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
