1-2 years of STRONG ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE Required. -

EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Requirements :

Special Requirements / Skills :

Licensure as a pharmacist and in good professional standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D., required.

Inpatient / Acute Care experience required.

Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred.

Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management.

Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable.

Pyxis, Carousel System & Epic skills preferred.

Shift : Rotating shift : 06 : 30- 15 : 00 or 07 : 00- 15 : 30, or 14 : 30-23 : 00.

Avg. Census : 330-360

Weekend REQ : Weekend & holiday rotation
