Compensation : Base $75,000-$85,000 DOE; $125,000 OTE

Role Overview

As the Grant and Partnerships Manager at STATION TEXAS, you will be the driving force behind our grant strategyidentifying, pursuing, and securing funding that empowers us to support the most exciting deep tech startups in Texas. You'll work closely with leadership and funders to craft compelling proposals for projects in sectors like aerospace, biotech, defense, energy, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities

Grant Identification & Pipeline Building

• Proactively research and track federal, philanthropic, foundation, and industry funding opportunities (e.g., ARPA-H, NSF, DoD, DOE).
• Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of grant opportunities aligned with STATION TEXAS' strategic initiatives.
