Certified Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide agile teams through the development process using an Agile mindset and the Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities

Guide, coach, and mentor teams to enhance productivity and agility

Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and empower teams to take ownership of their outcomes

Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy backlog and assist in sprint planning

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field

Experience as a full-time Scrum Master with agile teams

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile project management certification

Experience with agile project management tools, preferably JIRA and Confluence
