JOB SUMMARY :
In this vital role, the Background Screening Analyst monitors and expedites the background check process, performs audits, adjudicates pre-hire background screenings, and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure the integrity and compliance of the hiring process. The ideal candidate ensures accurate, timely analysis and risk assessment of background check results while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Coordination with recruiting coordinators and vendors to address and resolve any issues or delays is crucial.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and expedite the background screening process, addressing delays effectively.
- Perform scheduled audits and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Adjudicate pre-hire employment background checks ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Assess background check results for risk and consult with Talent Acquisition on appropriate actions.
- Maintain open communication with vendors for service requests and information exchange.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Industry Experience Required :
Experience in Human Resources, particularly staffing, HR law, and compliance preferred.
