• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n
• Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience within the past 4 years.\n
• Experience with MatrixCare is preferred from any number of months.\n\nRequirements\n
• Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n
• 6 months between Staff at Program : Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role.
