The Director of Data Analytics will report to the Chief of Staff, in the Executive Office, and largely work independently to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data strategy. This position will identify the need and guide how data is collected, analyzed, governed, and used to improve housing programs, support policy development, enhance operational efficiency, and increase transparency.
The incumbent will utilize advanced analytical and geo-spatial mapping skills, along with a deep understanding of public housing programs, to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders. This position plays a critical part in optimizing housing programs, enhancing service delivery, and supporting data governance across the organization.
The Salary Range for this position is $102,189.60 - $127,737.00 annually. Placement at any specific point within the stated range is not guaranteed for any candidate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and organizational considerations.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

An additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
Experience at a public housing authority, government agency, or similar public sector / non-profit setting.
