Oversee all on-site operations for ground-up data center construction projects from start to completion.
Manage project schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Enforce strict safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with company and client expectations.
Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain progress and resolve issues.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Lead site meetings, track milestones, and provide clear documentation and reporting.
Foster collaboration among field teams and trade partners to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold standards for mission-critical environments.

Proven experience as a Superintendent managing data center or mission-critical construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Deep understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure requirements.
Proficient in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence on every project.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Ability to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.
Dedicated to building strong client relationships and maintaining professionalism at all times.
