• Completely Fluent in English (speaking, reading & writing) Or Bi-lingual
• Ability to read and understand all blueprints
• Ability to explain blueprints to others
• Ability to verify dimensions and conditions
• Ability to attend meetings
• Ability to manage workforce on a single project
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to complete basic paperwork
• Ability to use an IPAD
• Ability to coordinate with all trades
• Basic understanding of all trades
• Ability and willingness to teach and train
• Ability to confidently walk with Inspectors
• Follow company safety
• In-force company safety policy for onsite employees
• Check employee timecards each week and have that information in by Tuesday
• Toolbox talks done and turned in by Tuesday
• Ability to order materials within a 2 week look ahead
• Maintain company vehicles and keep them clean and organized
