As a Licensed Insurance / Sales Producer (LSP) , you will play a key role in developing our local Allstate agency by connecting with new and existing clients to provide coverage for lifes ever-changing needs. This position is with The Runden Agency, LLC , an Allstate Exclusive Agent. Employment is not directly with Allstate Insurance Company but with the agency as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Experience : 1-2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving : Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs.

Collaboration : Team-oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
