Position Summary / Objective :

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring in-store experience for every customer. Essential Job Functions :

• Del iver an outstanding customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service
• Educate customers about our brand, mission, and product lines
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges
• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Contribute to a positive and motivating work culture

Associates will be expected to constantly stand, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and crouch as needed. Associates may travel on a voluntary basis.
