June 26-30 and beyond

Board Certified in Urology. BLS.

LICENSE RESTRICTION : We are only considering candidates that are ALREADY ACTIVELY licensed in Illinois or those who already possess the IMLC certification with their participating compact state

SCHEDULE : Full time, weekday clinic Monday-Friday 8a-5p, one half-day of OR each week, with 24-hour call Q5, and Weekend 24- hour call (5p-7a Friday-Monday). Ideally looking for 1-2 weeks per month.

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION IS REQUIRED.

Charting time after hours cannot be billed extra and needs to be part of the base rates provided.

BC in Urology, MD or DO

IL License Active Required OR IMLC

BLS Certification - Required

Availability per request - Required

References per client process Required
