A full-service commercial GC that has been enjoying steady growth for over 10+ years in DFW. We build ground-up projects for clients in the retail, K12, light industrial, and institutional sectors. Noted for our tight-knit culture and standard for quality and client satisfaction, we are seeking an up-and-coming project manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle
  • Manage project budget
  • Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
  • Work closely with field personnel to hit key project milestones
  • Handle all project documentation, submittals, and RFIs
  • Perform project scheduling tasks

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a construction PM
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
  • Must have experience leading retail and office projects as a PM
