What You'll Do :

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and needs through comprehensive examinations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and address their specific conditions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on current practices, techniques, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development.
