Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services to middle school students within a dynamic educational setting in New Orleans, LA. This contract position offers the opportunity to work 3-4 days per week throughout the school year, delivering impactful support to a diverse adolescent population.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech and language assessments, diagnoses, and screenings for middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications :
Valid Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist License required.Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or School-Based SLP credentials.Experience working with middle school-aged children is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.Ability to begin work immediately.Benefits and Perks :
