• And much more!\n\nPosition Overview : \n\nThe Float Pool RN delivers high-quality, direct patient care using the nursing process. This role also includes House Supervisor responsibilities to support overall hospital operations.\n
• Manage and coordinate nursing care across the hospital to guarantee excellent patient care.\n
• Implement care plans, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and other medical services.\n
• Keep detailed records of patient care provided.\n
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions effectively with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.\n
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support.\n
• Work collaboratively across disciplines to facilitate patient care needs, discharge plans, and psychosocial support.\n
• Assess and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.\n
• Act as an advocate for patients' emotional and physical well-being.\n
• Determine and oversee daily staffing assignments to ensure sufficient support levels.\n
• Offer guidance, training, and mentoring to other staff members.\n
• Participate in staff performance evaluations and address disciplinary matters as needed.\n
• Assess quality of services and contribute to staff development initiatives.\n
• Ensure that staff comply with organizational policies and procedures.\n
• Assist with nursing activities as required to maintain service levels.\n

• Associate's degree in nursing required\n
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred\n
• 1+ years of ER experience preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.\n
