Key Responsibilities
Own full lifecycle recruiting for various roles, adapting focus based on hiring priorities
Manage approximately 20 requisitions while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic insights and support hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across different functions
Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred
Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill or specialized roles
Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
