Mobile Lead Engineer

A company is looking for a Mobile Lead Engineer to lead the development of a mobile application for iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end development of the mobile application, including architecture, implementation, and testing

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers

Oversee builds, testing, and deployment pipelines for iOS and Android, ensuring high performance and quality

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in React Native

Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers

Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and mobile development best practices

Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and handling mobile UI / UX patterns

Familiarity with native modules for iOS / Android and debugging tools
