We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our outpatient therapy team and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting.

What You'll Do : SLP Duties :
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care using Raintree EMR and maintain a manageable caseload
SLPA Duties :
Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLPImplement treatment plans focused on speech, language, and communication goalsTrack patient progress and assist with documentationSupport family and team communication to promote carryover and consistencyRequirements
What You'll Need : For SLPs :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programActive or eligible state SLP licenseCCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) statusPediatric experience preferred, but not requiredFor SLPAs :
Completion of an accredited SLPA programActive or eligible SLPA license in the state of practiceStrong passion for working with children and helping them succeedBenefits
