Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is both a strategist and a hands-on implementer. You’ll join our marketing team, drive branding efforts, and ensure our initiatives resonate with clients and the communities we serve. If you have a proven track record in building brand awareness, creating impactful campaigns, and increasing audience engagement, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee strategic marketing plans to drive growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead content creation efforts across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Analyze market trends to guide marketing decisions, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategy as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in community-focused industries.
  • Expertise in brand building, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Creative and collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
