Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a 2nd shift Bilingual Team Lead in Griffin, GA. In this contract to hire role, you will be responsible for leading a team of assemblers on 2nd shift. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In a 2nd Shift Bilingual Team Lead job you’ll be responsible for :

  • Training 20+ employees in an assembly production line.
  • Assembly of metals parts to create a storage container.
  • Monitoring team production pace.

What you’ll need :

  • Experience using ATS.
  • Team lead experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 3+ years of production and assembly experience.

    • Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm, OT as needed. $20-22 an hour BOE.
