• Makes meaningful observations, evaluations, and creates reports.

• Performs nursing procedure for which the preparation of the Registered Nurse has provided the necessary degree of skills and judgement.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of RN experience
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, with the capability to lift to 50 -100 lbs.
• Ability and willingness to travel within designated area approximately 50% You will report to the Lead Pediatric Field Supervisor.
