1st Construction Trades LLC is looking for a skilled Plumber to perform repair and maintenance work on residential and commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with troubleshooting, pipe and fixture repairs, and providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in keeping water, drainage, and sewer systems operating efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, broken pipes, and faulty fixtures

Install and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, and water heaters

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency repair calls in a timely manner

Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers

Qualifications

2+ years of plumbing repair / service experience preferred

State plumbing license or apprentice status (if required by location)

Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Good communication and customer service skills
