JOB SUMMARY
The Managing Director of Clinical Operations is a C-suite executive responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and operational excellence of all clinical and medical service delivery at Health Alliance Global, Inc. including its divisions and subsidiaries. This role ensures that patient care, diagnostics, and clinical programs are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while enabling scalability and innovation.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the Managing Director reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer, serving as the operational leader for the medical and clinical fulfillment of the organization. This executive oversees practitioners, nursing teams, clinical trainers, laboratory operations, and quality management — and works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that all operations meet or exceed regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Leadership in Clinical & Medical Operations
- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all patient care, diagnostic, and laboratory functions across the organization.
- Oversee practitioners, nurses, clinical trainers, and the Lab Director to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
- Drive the integration of technology-enabled solutions into clinical workflows to optimize efficiency and care quality.
- Serve as the senior decision-maker for clinical fulfillment operations, resource allocation, and service delivery performance.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Oversight
Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including CMS, state health departments, HIPAA, HITECH, OSHA, and accreditation standards.Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, internal audits, and corrective action plans.Oversee risk management processes and ensure the organization maintains a culture of safety and accountability.Organizational Growth & Clinical Scalability
Develop operational models to support expansion into new markets and care environments, including long-term care networks, community hospitals, and government health programs.Collaborate with the CMO and CEO to align clinical operations with strategic growth initiatives and enterprise goals.Represent clinical operations in board-level discussions, investor meetings, and high-profile partner engagements.Talent Development & Workforce Management
Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier clinical and laboratory talent.Establish professional development pathways and continuing education programs for all clinical staff.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered outcomes.QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), or equivalent preferred.Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, MD, or equivalent) strongly preferred.Experience :
12+ years of progressive leadership in clinical or medical operations, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or C-suite role.Proven ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including practitioners, nurses, and laboratory functions.Experience managing large-scale clinical operations in a regulated healthcare environment.Background in integrating technology into care delivery strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies :
