Corporate Sales Manager
Hyatt Place Carmel is seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue through negotiated account management, and identifying new business opportunities to increase market share for the hotel.
Key responsibilities include :
- Solicit, negotiate, and confirm corporate transient and group business to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to target new accounts and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct regular outside sales calls, site tours, and client entertainment to promote the hotel.
- Maintain accurate account information, activity tracking, and production reports within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and revenue teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded and business is executed flawlessly.
- Represent the hotel at local business and networking events, trade shows, and industry organizations.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports and participate in revenue and sales strategy meetings.
Qualifications :
Minimum 23 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the corporate or business travel segment.Strong knowledge of local and regional corporate markets preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Proficiency with hotel sales systems (Hyatt Envision / Salesforce experience a plus).Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Why Hyatt Place Carmel :
