Corporate Learning & Development Manager - Omaha, NE

We're seeking a strategic Corporate Learning & Development (CL&D) Manager to join our HR leadership team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role leads a team of Corporate Learning Specialists and partners with HR Consultants to design, deliver, and enhance learning programs across the enterprise. The CL&D Manager will drive initiatives in leadership development, compliance, technical training, and AI readiness while leveraging analytics and Workday tools to align learning strategies with business goals. This position plays a critical role in advancing our HR transformation, building workforce capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous growth.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU :

• Estimated Salary : $110,000-$146,000 , plus annual bonus opportunity
• 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
