We are seeking Certified Nurse Midwife for a well-known health care systems that serves Virginia and Eastern North Carolina.

The community hospital services the Virgina Shenandoah Valley area and specializes in behavioral health, cancer care, heart and vascular services, emergency medicine, maternity services, womens health, neurology, orthopedics, pulmonology, wound healing, and weight loss surgery.

It is just a driving distance to Richmond, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and nestled between the majestic Appalachian Mountains. Great place to find work life balance with numerous parks, trails, and waterways, the city is an outdoor lovers paradise

We are looking for a flexible, energetic, passionate, highly motivated candidate who demonstrates strong relationship building skills, strong clinical skills and the desire to build the program. We are offering awesome compensation for your time. You will have full autonomy of births, and Physician support at all times for high-risk births.

Responsibilities :

• Provider full scope obstetrical and well-women gynecological care in a clinical practice
• Rotating Call to include 7-8 days per months
• Hospital rounding with supportive and collaborative OB / GYN physicians
• Inpatient Deliveries
