A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to shape the future of a social and communications platform for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Lead research efforts including usability testing and surveys to gather user feedback
Design and execute research plans to generate actionable insights for product development
Collaborate across teams to inform the engineering roadmap and enhance user experiences
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience with research recruitment tools
Minimum 6 years of experience conducting usability testing
Minimum 6 years of experience in interview facilitation and moderation
Strong qualitative research background
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
