Schedule : Days (6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM) | 3x12s | 36 hrs / week

Start : Quick Start

Experience : 3 years LTC required | MDS experience preferred

License : Active, unrestricted CO LPN license required

Certifications : BLS

Seeking an experienced LPN for our Long Term Care unit in beautiful Meeker, CO. Shared, fully furnished housing available within city limits (includes Wi-Fi & cable). .

Travelers must live at least 65 miles from facility.
