A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the front-line representative for customer communication and issue acknowledgment
Assess the severity of support tickets and prioritize them for resolution or routing
Develop product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical / software support role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
Working knowledge of database concepts and ability to generate troubleshooting SQL queries
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure
Motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently in a team environment
Experience with cloud-hosted software or education industry is a plus
