• January 2026 start
• 3 points of service. 2 days out of the month, they flex up to 4 points of service.
• 4 CRNA's at the site currently - only a CRNA led facility
• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm : 1 OR / OB and 1 OR.
• 9am-5pm 1 OR / GI / EYE
• EMR : Epic
• Everyone takes call - not in house and there's no call room
• We will emergency credential providers.
