Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented student worker to assist various departments with administrative and customer service-oriented tasks. This position offers a flexible work schedule designed to accommodate your academic commitments while providing valuable work experience. The student worker will assist with administrative tasks, projects, greeting and assisting students, and other departmental duties as needed. Note to Luna Student Applying : These positions are for students enrolled in high demand CIP codes only. High demand CIP codes at Luna include all majors EXCEPT Liberal Arts, Vocational Technical AA, and General Science. If you are enrolled in any other major at Luna, you qualify!!

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions :

• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining department materials or resources.
• Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
• Assist with event coordination and logistical tasks.
• Support team members with other tasks or projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies.
• Greet and assist prospective and enrolled students
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
