To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Principal, Medicaid Product Marketing to lead the development of marketing strategies that support Humanas Medicaid business and the Healthy Horizons brand. The Principal, Medicaid Product Marketing will ensure that our messaging resonates with diverse populations and drives awareness, engagement, and trust in the communities we serve. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who deeply understands health insurance products and how to develop campaign strategies that deliver results in a fast-paced, and regulated environment.

This position will reside within the Portfolio, Brand and Product Marketing team which is part of the broader Enterprise Growth team. They will extensively collaborate with the following partners : Market Presidents, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations and Marketing Data and Technology.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of Humanas Product Marketing team, you will drive product marketing strategy across lines of business and member segments.

• Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for Medicaid and Healthy Horizons, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product, Brand, Compliance, and Market teams to ensure culturally relevant and compliant messaging.
• Oversee campaign planning, creative development, and performance tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid audiences, market dynamics, and communication best practices.
• Guide cross-functional teams in executing high-impact, community-focused marketing initiatives.
