Key Responsibilities
Interact with clients and representatives to secure the return of rental equipment
Manage incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries and complaints
Document call details and maintain accurate customer files
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and / or experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
