What you'll do :

• Champion Growth : Partner with leadership to drive big results—think bold growth targets and a vision for the Fresno branch’s future.
• Lead by Example : Train, mentor, and upskill our team, setting the standard for operational excellence and customer service.
• Support the Team : Be the backbone of our “life support” model—delivering supplies, shuttling between office and field, and jumping in wherever needed.
• Own the Territory : Willingly cover the entire region and ensure every route is well covered—no task too big or small.
• Embody Grit & Endurance : Tackle long days when needed, make tough decisions independently, and keep the team moving forward.
