Job Description

The Project Manager - $20M-60M Ground-Up Commercial Projects- Raleigh will be responsible for :

• Lead commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to final closeout, ensuring quality and successful delivery at every phase
• Manage project schedules to consistently meet key milestones and deadlines
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution
• Provide exceptional client service through clear communication and reliable results, building trust and positive feedback
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners
