We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various aspects of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Duties
- Perform and manage installation, of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductless systems, and boilers.
- 100% residential
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians on best practices in HVAC
Experience
Job Type : Full-time
Base Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
