We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's team in Des Moines! As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be focused on end-user support, automation of IT processes, and provision of new employees. Responsibilities :
- Implement automation for IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide end-user support to ensure seamless IT operations
- Provision new employees, ensuring timely and accurate setup of necessary systems and accounts
- Mature usage of Intune and Defender for Endpoint usage to enhance security and management of devices
- Create and deploy group policies to maintain a controlled and secure IT environment
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to reduce manual workloads
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and improving user experience
- Maintain and improve technical computer skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware
- Utilize Active Directory and Azure Active Directory for effective management of user accounts and access
- Employ Powershell automation experience to streamline and automate repetitive tasks.
