A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member experiences related to transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between health plan clients, members, and partners to ensure superior care coordination
Monitor and confirm trip details, providing support and resolving any issues related to transportation
Document escalations and maintain compliance with KPIs and contract requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar healthcare case management experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of medical terminology preferred
